Melissa Kendle

If Michael Napier were the President of the United States, Melissa would surely be our Chief of Staff. Very little transpires within our office without Melissa’s knowledge or approval. To say she is the oil that allows the gears of Michael Napier P.C. to function would be an understatement. Melissa, one of two native Arizonans on staff, has an extensive background in office management dating back to the early 1990’s as an Administrative Assistant for the Arizona Department of Revenue. In this position Melissa was responsible for budget tracking for the Data Management Division, which included review and approval of all departmental invoices. Through the middle 90’s Melissa continued her administrative career as an Executive Assistant at the Arizona State Lottery. Among her many Lottery responsibilities, Melissa was responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting lottery ticket use to the Governor’s office and the State Legislature. In 1997 Michael Napier hired Melissa away from the State of Arizona to be our staff Paralegal.

In addition to her Paralegal duties, which include preparation of cases for trial and arbitration, performing legal research as needed, drafting pleadings as required and maintaining a calendaring system for all deadlines, Melissa has accepted the responsibility for maintaining superior levels of communication and service with our varied client list. To round out her hectic legal career, Melissa enjoys singing, playing the piano, watching baseball games and just kicking back and reading a good book.
