  Kathryn is a native of Phoenix. She received her undergraduate degree from the Arizona State University and her Doctorate from Regent University School of Law in Virginia. She is licensed to practice law in both Kentucky and Arizona. more

  Jan is a Phoenix native and third-generation Arizonan. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Liberal Arts degree in 1978 and with her Juris Doctorate in 1983. From 1988 through 2005, she served as an administrative hearing officer for the City of Phoenix Civil Service Board, and for many other governmental entities statewide including Peoria, El Mirage, Bullhead City, Lake Havasu City, Maricopa County, Mohave County and others. From 2000 through 2005, she also served as an administrative law judge with the Arizona Department of Economic Security. more
