Ms. Baillie is a native of Phoenix. She received her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and her Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law in Virginia. She is licensed to practice law in both Kentucky and Arizona. She worked as a judicial assistant and a family court mediator for the Third Circuit Court of Kentucky. She also served as a public defender in Kentucky.

Ms. Baillie prides herself on providing clients with unparalleled attention and customer service. She has effectively represented dozens of officers in administrative hearings before several of Arizona's regulatory bodies.

Ms. Baillie is on call and available 24/7 to Association members involved in use-of-force and officer involved shootings, as well as employment-related administrative matters.
