Ms. Feltz is a Phoenix native and third-generation Arizonan. She graduated from Arizona State University in 1978 with a Liberal Arts degree and again in 1982 with her Juris Doctorate.

For several years,  Ms. Feltz practiced labor & employment law with the Phoenix firm of Twitty, Sievwright & Mills. In 1988 Ms. Feltz began serving as an administrative hearing officer for the City of Phoenix Civil Service Board. This service eventually extended to numerous other municipalities, including Peoria, Apache Junction, Tolleson, Lake Havasu City, El Mirage, Bullhead City, Maricopa County, Mohave County, the Paradise Valley School District and others. During her 17 years as a hearing officer, Ms. Feltz presided over hundreds of disciplinary cases. In 2000, she accepted a position as an Administrative Law Judge with the Arizona Department of Economic Security.

Since joining the firm, Ms. Feltz has represented the firm's clients in employment-related administrative matters and has taken on the preparation of wills and other estate planning documents.
